Cæsar - salad bar

Cæesar is one the most popular salads all over the world, and Lithuania wasn't an exception. in 2016, when my restaurant group was up and running, I decided to create the Cæesar Salad Bar & Grill concept and opened the first shop in Ozas Shopping Mall. For consistency control, I imported fresh and best-quality Romine lettuce from Murcia, Spain. Caesar sauce was homemade from the best ingredients. in 2018 I combined Bučeris and Cæesar in Panorama shopping Center in Vilnius.

Nuoc Nam comes from fish sauce in southeastern Asian cuisines like Vietnamese, Indonesian, Thai, etc. This project will be great for freshly made food in front of the guests to order. Short waiting time, casual setting, and delicious, consistent menu for Asian flavor lovers

Bučeris - shop & bistro

After operating with two mainly meat-rich menu restaurants in the same city, guest demand for portioned meat purchase demand was growing, and I decided to open Bučeris. Casual Steak bistro and shop. Bučeris became very popular among my guests. In 2017, Bučeris was announced as one of the 10 best restaurants in Lithuania according to WHITE guide NORDIC award

Gourmet Panorama, Vilnius 2018
Panorama Shopping Center announced a new project, Gourmet Food Hall, and we were invited by Bučeris and Cæsar projects to join. in the summer of 2018, I opened one of the best projects in the casual dining scene of Vilnius.
